Welcome

Thank you for stopping by.

This collection represents more than thirty years of study, clinical practice, teaching, research, and writing in the fields of natural health, natural medicine, human physiology, toxicology, nutrition, herbal medicine, history, and the healing arts.

Throughout my career, I have worn many hats: educator, Traditional Naturopathic Doctor, Master Herbalist, Botanical Chemistry Aromatherapist, researcher, speaker, and author. I founded and operated a School of Natural Health, medicinal herb gardens, a working apothecary, and educational programs where students learned to prepare foods, herbs, and natural medicines for everyday health and wellness.

For more than two decades, my private practice has focused almost exclusively on advanced metabolic health, toxicology, detoxification, restorative nutrition, and complex clinical cases. This work requires a deep understanding of the forensics of biochemistry, nutritional medicine, environmental toxicology, and the body's remarkable capacity to restore function when given the proper support.

As you explore this library, you will notice that my books fall into several distinct categories, each written for a different audience.

Professional Textbooks and Educational PDFs are designed for healthcare professionals, students, and individuals seeking a deeper technical understanding of metabolic health, nutritional medicine, detoxification, toxicology, and health restoration.

Public Editions explore many of these same subjects in a more accessible format for everyday readers interested in understanding their health and making informed decisions for themselves and their families.

You will also find books that explore the broader human experience through the lenses of history, antiquity, philosophy, comparative religion, dreams, symbolism, and Temple Medicine. These works draw upon historical research, ancient texts, botanical traditions, and the enduring relationship between science, culture, and human consciousness. They are intended to encourage thoughtful exploration while clearly distinguishing established scientific evidence from historical interpretation and philosophical inquiry.

Although these collections travel different paths, they are connected by a common purpose: the pursuit of truth, the careful study of evidence, respect for history, and a lifelong commitment to understanding the remarkable design of the human body and the natural world.

Whether you are a healthcare professional, student, researcher, or simply someone who enjoys learning, I hope you find something here that informs, challenges, and inspires you.

Welcome, and enjoy the journey.
